The Opportunity
As our Service Manager – Disability Community, you’ll be at the heart of a vibrant, values-driven team. Reporting to the National Manager – Disability Community, you’ll lead a team to grow MASH's Disability Community services.

What You Bring:

- Have strong experience in growing disability community services in Aotearoa
- Know how to lead teams that feel seen, empowered, and valued
- Build strong, strategic relationships with funders and stakeholders
- Communicate clearly and collaborate across all levels
