We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Levin-based team, supporting individuals in our disability residential service. This is a varied, community-based role offering the chance to use your clinical expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role As a key clinical member of our team, you will:

  • Provide clinical assessments, planning and support to meet the individual needs of the people we support
  • Work closely with Service Managers to guide and support our Support Workers
  • Oversee medication management and deliver staff training in safe administration
  • Advocate for the people we support in clinical settings, ensuring their voice is heard
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with GPs, allied health professionals, specialist services, and family/whānau
  • Participate in the clinical advisory on-call roster shared across the nursing team

Hours: Full-time,  80 hours per fortnight. Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, Hours of work can be flexible to be discussed with the right applicant.

About You We’re looking for a compassionate and progressive Registered Nurse who brings:

  • A current New Zealand Registered Nurse Practising Certificate
  • Ideally, experience in community disability settings
  • A commitment to culturally responsive practice and working with people from diverse      backgrounds
  • Strong communication and      problem-solving skills
  • A current full NZ driver licence
