Are you passionate about supporting rangatahi through tough times? Do you vibe with youth culture, mental wellbeing, and creating safe, chill spaces for healing and growth?

💥 What You’ll Do:
- Be a calm, grounded presence for young people in crisis
- Support daily routines, group activities, and one-on-one kōrero
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment
- Work alongside a tight-knit team of legends who care deeply
🧠 What You Bring:
- Lived experience or professional background in youth work, mental health, or social services
- A big heart, open mind, and solid communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts (including nights and weekends)
- A sense of humour, resilience, and a love for connection
🎯 Bonus Points:
- Knowledge of Te Ao Māori and/or Pasifika cultures
- Experience in peer support or trauma-informed care
- Creative skills — music, art, gaming, storytelling? Bring it!
