About the Role: Part-time Permanent position working 55 hours per fortnight
Week 1: Friday 5.30pm - 11pm, Saturday 4.15pm - 8.15am the following day
Week 2: Wednesday, and Thursday 5.30pm - 11pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday 4.15pm - 8.15am the following day
Skills and experience:
- A Passion for People: Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people
- Empathy & Understanding: An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.
- Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.
- Practical Skills: The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing.
- Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
- Relevant Qualification (or commitment to obtain): A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or a commitment to working towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust
