Support Worker - Vocational Palmerston North

We are looking for someone passionate about making a difference—someone who’s excited to support others in achieving their goals and becoming active members of their community.
This position is full-time permanent 76 hours per fortnight working Monday to Friday 8.30am until 4.30pm

Skills and Experience:
- An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles
- Previous work or lived experience required
- A passion for people, be patient, friendly and kind
- Professionalism, honesty and be a reliable team player with a flexible approach
- Energy, enthusiasm and enjoy being part of a team
- The ability to carry out personal cares including showering and dressing
- Full NZ Driver Licence as part of your role will be driving a MASH van
- A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or commitment to working towards a qualification funded by MASH Trust
