Support Worker - One to One Support
We are looking for empathetic and passionate individuals to join our team to provide one to one personalised support. The team will be creating a safe home environment where people can live happy meaningful lives, learn new skills, and build social connections.
We have several permanent full-time, part-time and casual positions working a range of shifts and hours providing home and vocational support.

Roles and Hours:
We are looking for a Team of Support Workers - days and hours of work will be discussed with the right applicants.
To be the right fit you will have:
· A passion for people, be patient, friendly and kind

· Professionalism, honesty and be a reliable team player with a flexible approach
· Energy, enthusiasm and flexibility in your approach
· Cultural awareness
· The ability to undertake personal cares when required
· Full NZ Driver Licence and your own reliable vehicle – current warrant and registration
· A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or commitment to working towards a qualification funded by MASH
