About the Role: Full-time working 80 hours per fortnight in Wellington

Week 1: Monday 7.50am - 5.10pm and Thursday 8.15am - 5.15pm

Week 2: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7.50am - 5.10pm

We're Looking For Someone With:

• A Passion for People: Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people
• Empathy & Understanding: An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.
• Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.
• Practical Skills: Encourage and prompt need for personal cares, including showering and dressing.
• Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
• Previous Experience: Work or lived experience as a support worker
• Relevant Qualification (or commitment to obtain): A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or a commitment to working towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust.
