About the Role: Full-time Permanent Position working Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm

This Service Coordinator position supports the Service Manager - Vocational and the Vocational Service Team in the Manawatu. Based in Palmerston North you will play a key role in coaching and mentoring Community Support Workers. In addition have oversight of support planning and aspirational goal setting with the people we support, and assist in the implementation of quality initiatives.

  • Sound Judgement: Makes good decisions based on sufficient analysis, experience, and judgement.

  • Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.
  • Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential
