Project Implementation Coordinator

The Role:
This is a four-month fixed term position, working 80 hours per fortnight role, based in our office in Palmerston North.
Reporting to the Digital Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting new community-based services, ensuring project success through developing project plans and coordinating team activities.
You will be supporting the team by:
· Navigating across work streams to organise meetings and report creation.
· Developing a Standard Operating Procedure Manual and relevant policies and procedures.
· Providing stakeholders timely access to key project information.
· Identifying and implementing continuous improvements.
About You:
To excel in this role, you will bring extensive experience in a project management coordination or support function, coupled with a proactive and service-oriented approach. You are not only equipped with relevant skills and knowledge but also demonstrate the following:
· Innovative and Improvement Orientated – proactive approach to process improvement, ability to implement innovative solutions ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
· Organisational Skills - Excellent time management, task prioritisation, and attention to detail.
· Communication Skills - Clear communication for interacting with stakeholders, preparing reports, and liaising with cross-functional teams and departments.
· Problem-Solving - Ability to anticipate issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate when necessary.
· Documentation and Reporting - Ability to create and manage project documentation, reports, and implementation plans. Technical proficiency with a variety of software.
· Adaptability -Comfortable working in fast-paced or changing environments with competing priorities.
