Support Workers come from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences, but all have one thing in common - the desire to enable others to develop resilience and move forward with their recovery. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and support others in achieving their goals and engaging with their community.

- Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.
- Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
- Relevant Qualification (or commitment to obtain): A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or a commitment to working towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust
