The Position: This is a part-time position working 56 hours per fortnight
A POOL staff member is a staff member that works in a variety of homes covering all empty shifts we have available due to annual leave and training. This position means your shift pattern may change from week to week, however you are provided your schedule of 80 hours at least a fortnight in advance. You must be available to work both AM and PM shifts, weekdays and weekends.
Skills and Experience:
- A passion for supporting people to enhance their lives
- Caring and empathetic nature
- The ability to carry out personal cares including showering and dressing
- Reliability and honesty with a high level of integrity
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
- Current Full Driver’s license as you will be required to drive a van as part of your day-to-day job
