Disability Support Workers - Summer Positions

The Position:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will be supporting others to maintain a high quality of life and home environment, while encouraging full participation within their community.
A POOL staff member works across a variety of homes and shifts that we have available due to annual leave and training. This position means your shift pattern may change from week to week however you are provided your schedule in advance.
You must be available to work all shifts, weekdays and weekends and have availability over the Christmas and New Year period.
These positions are fixed term from November 2024 until February 2025, start and finish dates are negotiable.
You will have/be:
- Flexibility to work all shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers and wake overs)
- Availability over the Christmas and New Year period is essential
- Assisting with personal cares
- Hold a current full driver's licence
- Eligible to work in New Zealand
- Caring and kind in nature with integrity that can provide support to those from all walks of life
This role may close earlier if the right applicants are found.
