We are looking for an experienced generalist Business Analyst to join our IT Team for the implementation of our new Enterprise System. You will work closely with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions, helping drive key improvements to our processes and systems. This role provides valuable experience in a high-impact project that will enhance efficiency and user experience across the Organisation.

This position is full-time fixed term until 19th December 2025. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business needs and data to propose practical solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to align business processes with technical capabilities.
• Coordinate with training teams to ensure effective delivery of business processes and system needs.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts on reporting requirements.
• Prepare Benefit/Cost Analysis and Business Case documents.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar BA role is essential. 
• Proficiency in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
• Good understanding of business processes, systems, and infrastructure.
• Self-managing with a flexible, can-do attitude.
